This week’s focus is on water. And it has to be local because even though water scarcity will be an issue in the future for most parts of our country, it will be more important in the nearer future for the Colorado River Basin. In the video above, Pat Mulroy, who served through several Presidential Administrations as the head of the Southern Nevada Water Authority, provides her no holds barred thoughts on our water future as someone who has the history and knowledge to provide that insight.
